Whereas OEM's of the biggest brand name companies offer 12 months, and 18 months if used with an intelligent smart charger with extremely high cost. We have simplified the process and given most of our batteries an 18 monther warranty regardless of what charger you are using. Two Way Radio Supply an industry leading product warranty, guarantees that all our products have been certified to meet or exceed the OEM's equipment’s specs. Our brand batteries are made to have the same Fit, Form, Workmanship and Function as the OEM.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
We specialize in the distribution of compatible premium quality batteries. Every battery product is manufactured in strict compliance with the ISO9001 and ISO9002 certified plants with CE and RoHs approval. We guarantee the highest quality battery cells from Japan along with the highest quality of plastic components assembled in China
Each battery pack has also been tested throughout the manufacturing process to meet all industry-standard requirements, as well as match or outperform the Original.
WARRANTY POLICY
Two Way Radio Supply offers an industry leading warranty policy which certifies that all our products will meet or exceed the original equipment’s battery specifications for form, fit and function with a 18 month, full repair or replacement warranty for workmanship defects on all our batteries products. They are also guaranteed to retain approx. 80% of their rated capacity for a period of 12 months for Japanese Cells and 70% in year two. For Chinese cells 70% for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment if used within the recommended daily use patterns.
Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to Two Way Radio Supply are the responsibility of the purchaser. A formal notice must be in writing via Email for any products being returned for warranty replacement. In most cases Two Way Radio Supply will pay for the shipping back to customer for the repaired or replaced battery.
