Works as described. I really like the price of this one. We have tried others but they fell apart after a few months. This is replacing ones that we got close to 2 years use of. The only thing is it seemed like the shipping was a bit high. Wish it was free shipping.

It is what we ordered. It works as good as our previous one. I do say it feels a little heavier duty the the Motorola original we had.
